Hats & headdresses for the screen

Sophie works closely with Costume Designers and their teams to realise their ideas three-dimensionally. 

She can design and make hats for both men and women, within the remit and period specified by the design team, either from designs or reference pictures. Periods Sophie has covered are from Medieval right up to the present day.

The hat or headdress is a key part of the costume. It completes the look. As a hat or headdress is often seen in close-up on screen and in HD, Sophie is careful to always provide a flawless finish.
